Program structure
The program is multi-level, meaning that you can assign different levels of operation to each user according to the tasks and responsibilities agreed with executives, here is a brief summary:
- Basic: This is the lowest level and who belongs to it can insert the alerts and see their progress, work with any printing boards; generally This level is given to call center operators so that they can insert new records and inform citizens about how repair work proceed, that brings a huge advantage for the organization in fact without efforts enabled user to query data without loss of time.
- Manager: "Manager enabled" users are employee of the main body (generally the municipality) and have the possibility to assign jobs to firms or institutions for their execution. In addition to this they can decide whether to consider completed work and close the case.
- Work: If a user belongs to this group, he will receive the repair tasks (through membership to an organization) and consequently run jobs and mark the task as done, for example: If a manager assigns a road repair to the "RD Company", the person who actually performs the maintenance will mark the alert as completed while others not belonging to "RD Company" can only see the historian.
- Administrator:This is the highest level and who is part of it can handle users, companies, agencies and manage functionality for other users.

- manages users, assigning roles.
- Manages the institutions and external firms (creates).
- Manage kind of alerts.
