ShoeMag is software that manages shops chains for shoes and accessories keeping under control purchases and sales in real time, in order to provide the updated position of the goods and the availability of a particular stock item in another store providing updated situation at any time.
To do this all the recorded data are collected from various outlets via internet in a web server with a powerful database that once received redistributes them to the shops of the Group, providing an accurate and updated situation.
Operating procedures, as illustrated in the following diagram:
1. The purchasing manager after placing orders take care of input in the system indicating the supplier, the purchase price and quantity ordered.
2. At arrival of the goods labels are printed with bar code and affixed to the boxes.
3. For sale processing will be sufficient to read the labels of the goods with a special bar code reader and enter the initials of the clerk.
